gail Biography - about 154SaxGAIL MCARTHUR

is the Soprano/Alto sax player. She is an Assistant Professor at the world renowned Berklee College of Music. Originally from Scotland, Gail has performed with Don Cherry, Benny Carter, Gerry Mulligan, Grover Washington, Jackie McLean, Ed Jackson, Ian Froman, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Christian McBride, Antonio Sanchez, Miguel Zenon, Danny Gottileb, Mark Soskin, Maria Schneider, Scottish National Jazz Orchestra, Dave Weckl, Hernacio “El Negro” Hernandez, Fred Wesley and Vital Information - Steve Smith, Tom Coster, Frank Gambale and Baron Browne.
Gail works around New England with the Perry Rossi Orchestra and is currently working on her own project with Baron Browne (bass), Leo Blanco (keys) and Kenwood Dennard (drums). For more information on Gail visit: www.gailmcarthur.com.

anna Biography - about 154SaxANNA HOFFMANN

is the Baritone sax player with 154 Sax and is originally from Munich, Germany. Anna is currently pursuing a Masters Degree at New England Conservatory and is an Alum of Berklee College of Music.
Anna is a talented composer and has her own octet, the Anna Hoffmann Octet +.
Anna has performed with the Bavarian All-State Big Band, Bavarian Jazz Youth Orchestra, Fred Wesley, Marcello Pellitteri and Kenwood Dennard.

diana Biography - about 154SaxDIANA LEVERINGTON

is the Tenor Sax player with 154 Sax and is originally from Sweden. Diana was based in Scotland for several years following her first career as a dentist.
Diana is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and has performed at the North Sea Jazz Festival, The Montreux Jazz Festival and The Edinburgh Jazz Festival.

leah Biography - about 154SaxLEAH GOUGH-COOPER

is the Alto sax player with 154 Sax and is also from Scotland. Leah is currently studying at Berklee College of Music and was a recent finalist in the Scottish Young Jazz Musician of the Year contest.
Leah has played with the Dumfries Youth Jazz Orchestra, Tommy Smith Youth Jazz Orchestra and the National Jazz Orchestra of Scotland. The young prodigy has studied with Laura Macdonald, Paul Towndrow, Martin Kershaw, Richard Michael, Haftor Medboe, Joe Temperley, Pete King, Steve Hamilton, Keith Tippett, Mario Caribe, Julian Joseph and is currently studying with George Garzone.
